Kelebekler Vadisi (The Valley of Butterflies) is Mimart Yapi’s Villa & Apartments construction project. The Valley of Butterflies, constructed right next to Bahçeşehir - one of the systematically urbanized locations in Istanbul, has a unique land structure with two amphitheaters standing back to back. It offers a natural horizontal living area with 82 triplex villas and 84 apartments in 8 buildings.

Since 2009 Kubix is actively using Google AdWords to promote sales for this project. Additionally measuring the conversions over Google Analytics helped to show the client the efficiency of Google AdWords compared to other Marketing channels.

Kubix is managing Selective Kartal’s Google AdWords account since 2008. Selective Kartal is Alper Insaat’s constructions project in Kartal Istanbul, a suburban area of Istanbul’s Anatolian Side.

Google AdWords is used here as their main marketing and sales channel getting the right target audience to Selective’s website and initiating them to fill out a contact form or call the Sales offices. So far this channel has stood out as the main contact generator and Kubix has helped to reach the projects sales targets.
